I have these moments of high-stress where there is nowhere to scream or cry properly, so my body just weakens, collapses, and disconnects entirely from everything. I don't know what this feeling is, but it has happened in the past.

@Jojo Well I should mention also, although it sounds like a panic attack to me because it's what I am familiar with personally, there are many other types of mental conditions and episodes that can have similar symptoms to a panic attack, so only a professional would be qualified to diagnose whether it is one or something else. I just wanted to let you know I can relate and you're not alone.
Thank you for taking the time to reply; it means more than you think right now.
How is your breathing? I find that if I'm having a panic or anxiety attack, I literally forget to breath, which increases co2 in the body which is the brain's #1 fear, so things escalate exponentially and I just start spinning out. I've learned that I can shut it down by doing a quick set of 40 jumping jacks and 20 push ups. Deprive your mind of anxious energy by expending it throughout the body
You're more than welcome to message me and talk through anything
My breathing is awful most of the time, so thank you for that info.

Sounds like a panic attack... I have them too and they're awful, I'm so sorry to hear that you have to deal with them too, if it is what they are. :(

It genuinely upsets me that the only reason I was thrown back into a mental hospital that one time was because of a panic attack. Thank you for letting me know.
