I would never treat someone else as horribly as I have been treating myself. I wanna stop this behaviour, but I honestly don't really know how to. It quite often feels like a natural nihilism at times; natural or not, I want it out of me.

Try flipping a coin.

Something like "heads for yes, tails for no".

If you find the result of the flip unfavourable,

don't listen to the coin,

listen to your own intuition.

spend far too much time just working towards our survival, and I entirely understand the thoughts:

"Survival for what?! Just to work even more?!"

I want you to know, you're not alone. I pray that all our survival can someday soon turn to thrival.
